What is SSB?

SSB stands for Services Selection Board. It is a 5-day assessment process conducted by the Indian Armed Forces to evaluate candidates on mental, physical, and psychological grounds for officer-level entry.

OIR: Officer Intelligence Rating Test
PPDT: Picture Perception and Discussion Test
Candidates are screened based on psychological and analytical performance.
